June 2022 blog topic: Creating your own Self Care Plan

Life lessons can feel like setbacks and delays, however it can also be used to move us into our purpose. Experience is your best teacher for learning how to adapt to life’s everyday events that eventually will work together for your good.

This is why it is so important for you to set aside time for yourself to create your own self care plan that you will commit to doing for a life style. Whether it’s taking a long shower, or reading a book, research shows that intrinsic motivation and frequent self-care contributes to less stress.

Smiling and enjoying fellowship is part of my self care plan for this month June 2022

So let’s start this month off with a commitment for 30days of caring for ourselves. What are your plans for creating a self care program? Mine is to have fun, smile more and spend quality time with people who make me smile! Let’s see if I can achieve this goal! So far it’s really wonderful.

I will keep you posted on my progress! Cheers & Good luck!

March 2022 blog post: Find your tribe & declutter your space

Spring is the season of clearing. As we let go of winter, we create space for new beginnings. This season, we’re recommending for you clear your mind and personal space while tapping into your innate wellspring of presence, health, and wellbeing.

Learn decluttering methods including minimalism in order to create a cleaner, happier home and personal space. It’s also important to make time for fellowship with friends, family and like-minded people who share your vision.Remember that it’s all about balance.

It’s ok to remove the things and people in your life that no longer serves you in order to make room for better. So go ahead, find your tribe, have some fun and declutter your space during the March Madness month! Stay light and bright!

February 2022 blog topic: It’s all about Self Love &, manifestations!

For the powerful, passionate, and brave

We don’t know about you, but we could always use another reason to make positive changes in our life. The Year of the Tiger begins today, so let’s make sure this new start is filled with bright opportunities and wonderful accomplishments

What are your goals for the 2022 year? If you’re like us, you probably entered January feeling refreshed, energized, and inspired. Then, as you got deeper into the month, feelings of fear and stress may have started to creep in, causing you to question how much more you can take on.

It’s so important to check back in with the intentions and goals you set – and to keep revisiting them every time you start to doubt yourself. As a lifelong learner and health advocate, you understand that self love will further your development – both professionally and personally. You’ll foster more meaningful connections with people and continue spreading positive vibes every where you are!

We want to help you push closer to your goals with more confidence and ease which is why I recommend you to create your own vision board to manifest your goals and make your dreams come true! You owe it to yourself to design the future that you deserve because you’re worth it! So this month, the year of the tiger be powerful, be passionate and brave by practicing self love and dedicate time for manifesting your life!

It’s Game Time!

Self Love & Manifestation

January 2022 blog topic: Setting intentions instead of resolutions

It’s the start of a new year, so we try to do our best to stay focused, however resolutions don’t often pan out the way we’d like. We lose momentum by the end of January, and then endure guilt and shame at having abandoned our own goals. The problem? Resolutions are too specific. If resolutions haven’t proven effective for you in the past, then it’s time to try a new approach.

Unlike a resolution, which is a promise you make to yourself, an intention is a mindset. It’s less specific than something like exercising 3 times a week, but it’s also more connected to the core of what you really want, and therefore leaves you more open to fulfilling that in a variety of ways. So why not try to set daily intentions that are realistic to achieve and be kind to yourself while being accountable for your actions. I wish you a safe healthy happy new year with prosperity!

Bring on 2022!

December 2021: Tis the season

It’s finally the last month of the year and I am happy that the season of giving is here! However it’s also the time of year where Eating,Shopping and Celebrating can become excessive.

Between grab bags, holiday parties and celebrating, it’s a challenge to avoid foods & habits that do not serve us well. My recommendation is to stick to your financial and health goals and don’t over indulge in over spending or over eating, otherwise you will need overtime working at the gym,’ and your job!

Try to find an Accountability Partner that will help keep you on track with your priorities and remind you to stay on track.

Thanks for supporting BBBWI & make sure to stay connected with us! Happy Holidays & be safe!

New-Vember 2021 blog post season of newness & thankfulness

November is here and the year is soon coming to a close, but BBBWI will still be here to help with all your wellness needs. We look forward to assisting you.

This month we are focusing on the holiday season slump and what you can do to beat it and finish the year strong by staying present organized.

Between zoom sessions and breaks from work and school, staying present with deadlines can seem almost impossible. But, if you stay organized and create a plan for the end of the year, you will maintain momentum that will make your work easier to maintain all year long.

Writing things down in a journal helps with accountability as well as saying affirmations for yourself. A wellness coach can help with organizing your thoughts using a journal, however having someone ask you challenging questions and share their experience can also take you a long way toward future success.

Many times we are stressed about the future or things we cannot control. A good coach will help you focus on the things that you can control—how you think and how you feel. My last tip is to show gratitude daily for yourself and others. This can improve your mood and offer a fresh feeling of a renewed balance throughout the day.

So for this month make sure to keep an attitude of gratitude, give freely and smile often. This will keep your mood upbeat and bring joy to those who you are around you. Happy New-Vember!
